Necklace was for my daughter, Awaken was fantastic making sure it arrived on time for her birthday, also sent a substitute chain to make sure it didn't get held up. Dealing with Awaken was a complete pleasure and lovely to see the Customer Care was there all the way, nothing was too much trouble. The necklace is beyond beautiful. I can’t thank the girls enough, an order of mine didn’t turn up and they were very kind and offered me a refund or replacement if it didn’t turn up within 3 weeks, luckily today out of the blue it turned up and what made it more special was that it turned up on the first day of the year of the fire horse. The necklace is amazing and I can feel the beautiful energy radiating from it.
