I ordered this piece back in late November after coming across a tik tok video Elesha's company made talking about the history and benefits that Libyan Desert Glass has. Unfortunately, Canada had a long postal strike so I had to wait quite a bit to receive this piece and it was highly anticipated. I have Moldavite and love it and was very excited to see what Libyan desert glass had to offer in the way of moving blockages in my life. I've had this piece all of a week and I'm feeling overall more energized, new work opportunities are coming up, I've received more than a few pieces of good news, and I was able to gain entry to a very coveted national park that only hands out 150 permits per year to be able to hike and stay in it. I've been entering the permit's yearly lottery system since 2015, hoping to gain entry with my mom so we can go see it and this year our names were drawn. Nedless to say, I'm thrilled.
The tektite itself is a beautiful shape, sort of like a sand dune or even a mountain peak. The edges are soft and there are minimal inclusions in the stone and the inside looks quite interesting honestly! It fits nicely in my hands / between my fingers for meditation and I find myself rubbing it a bit like a worry stone occasionally. There was definitely a noticeable energy with the stone when I first touched it, like a faint buzzing in my center spine. Not overwhelming at all. I am extremely curious and excited to see what else I can bring into my life with the help of this stone and maybe even use it in tandem with moldavite as an accelerator when I'm feeling brave!
